ENDANGERED SPECIES
Abigail Dayton has a job to do. As a Montana Fish and Wildlife agent, she must trap and relocate a wolf that is threatening loval ranches, in an effort to save the species from extinction. Abby knows the breed well: powerful, strong and lean. As rare as it is beautiful. Aggressive when challenged. A predator.
Ironically, the description fits both the endangered species she's sworn to protect . . . and a different kind of animal, a lone wolf like rancher Luke Granger. She's trying to keep one from being hunted down--and stay clear of the other, who's doing his best to unleash her animal instincts.
But Abby refuses to let that happen. She knows Luke Granger's type: a man who's lived a hard, solitary life working the land. The kind of man who doesn't tame or trust easily. The kind of man who tempts a woman to risk everything . .
